Hello Love
I've recently been inspired by my sister-in-law to start my blog up again, mainly the reason being, I need a place to write. A place to type out what I'm thinking because writing all of it down by hand is just too much for me. There's a lot that goes on up in my head and not enough strength in my hand to write it all down before my handwriting gets so sloppy it's not even legible. So this is a place for all my thoughts, all my rants, all my praises, etc. A place where I don't really care what you think of my opinion, because, well…It's my opinion. So continue to read my blog if you so desire to, or don't. I could really careless.
I decided to dedicate this blog to all the young women who think they need someone to love them. All the young women who don't know what it's like to be loved. All the young women who are scared to be loved because they're afraid of getting hurt.
Why dedicate it to all the young women? Why is your blog called 'Hello Love'?
5 years ago I was apart of an internship at a christian summer camp called Youth For the Nations. I had the opportunity to be a junior intern with 19 other people. We got to go behind the scenes at YFN and see how everything worked, we were trained by some of the greatest men and women of God, and met some of the most amazing people. As junior interns, we were able to be apart of altar calls and got to pray over and with the campers that were there. I met many different girls all with a different story, but the one thing that all of them had in common was that they all needed LOVE. Some of them never knew what love was, some of them had been hurt by love, and some of them just needed someone to tell them they were loved. I remember many times when I didn't know what to say to them, I would just repeat "You are loved." over and over again. To some of them it was just words, but to others it was exactly what they needed to hear.
So I call my blog 'Hello Love' because everyone needs a little love. Everyone needs a never ending, unconditional, absolutely perfect love.
